Fred Victor is an organization that supports those experiencing poverty and homelessness in Toronto. As a practicum student the Health Promotions department at Victor, I gained experience working on health promotion projects was able to work directly with community. Throughout practicum, worked several adapt Victor’s services during COVID-19. First, develop resilience toolkit for staff. COVID-19 has led higher levels of stress.
